Our volunteer Manuel Ott took part in a workcamp in Siberia this summer. The workcamp was organized by the volunteering organization “Passage Zebra” from Voronesh for the Sayan ring festival as a local project partner.
Sayan Ring is a huge ethnomusic festival in Siberia, taking place in Shooshenskoe town (where Lenin once lived, at Enissej river, near Abakan city), see www.*sayanring*.*ru* , with ethnomusic bands from all over Siberia and Russia taking part, competing for the prize “solotaia iria”.
